THE USE, SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF STORAGE AND PROCESSING
We store and process personal data for the purposes of sending responses to enquiries, keeping in touch with customers and possible marketing communications via email, and profiling customers in order to offer them tailored content and products in emails and on websites.
We use and store the following for the purpose of sending messages, informing and arranging bookings and assisting customers:
- Name and surname,
- email address,
- phone number.
For the purpose of email communication, we use and store:
- Email address,
- name and surname.
Personal data are managed by the following persons.
DATA STORAGE
By placing an online order, the user agrees to the storage of personal data. We store personal data within the Republic of Slovenia and do not share it with other countries or companies.
THE PERIOD OF HUNGER
We keep the personal data of the data subject until the consent to store and process the data of the data subject is withdrawn. Upon revocation of the consent of the data subject, we shall promptly delete the personal data concerning him or her in an effective and permanent manner.
Should the purposes for which we store and process personal data as described above cease to exist in our company, we will immediately and effectively delete the databases whose purpose has ceased.
INDIVIDUAL (PERSONAL) RIGHTS
Any individual may at any time request his or her personal data
- Insight,
- Correction,
- Amendment,
- Transcript,
- copying,
- complete deletion,
- transfer to another provider of related services,
- interruption of processing and storage, or withdraw consent to processing and storage, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent or the data subject’s. the consent until its revocation.
In the event that our company wishes to further process personal data for a purpose other than that for which the personal data were collected, we will provide the data subject with information about this other purpose and any further relevant information as set out in this text before such further processing.
If the data subject considers that his or her rights with regard to the protection of personal data have been violated in any way, he or she may, at any time, lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the Information Commissioner in the Republic of Slovenia: the Information Commissioner, Republic of Slovenia, Zaloška 59, 1000 Ljubljana.
